What kinds of properties can it manage?
It can be shaped for social and supported housing, boarding or accommodation sites, multi-unit residential portfolios, worker accommodation and other property operations.
Can you use our existing floor plan?
Yes. A scan, image or suitable drawing can become a clickable operational map. We confirm what can be clearly mapped during setup.
Can it handle accounts and cash flow?
Rent-roll, income, vacancy-loss and performance views can be included. Invoices, expenses, arrears, receipts, reconciliation and accounting integrations can be scoped to suit your workflow.
Can it connect to other software?
Yes, where the other system provides a suitable API or export. We review the connection, permissions and data requirements before confirming scope.
Is the $49 plan fully custom?
NZ$49 per month is the starting subscription. Setup, specialist workflows and integrations may be quoted separately depending on what your organisation needs.
Can owners and managers see different things?
Yes. Role-based permissions can separate everyday management tasks from owner controls, reporting and administrative settings.
